悉尼旅行指南：海港地标、海边散步与三日安排
第一次到悉尼，先沿环形码头看歌剧院与海港大桥，再给曼利渡轮或邦迪海岸留半天。城市里的几站不难串起来，海边却值得慢一点。这里把三日安排、交通和步道选择一起理清。

到墨尔本，先从弗林德斯街车站走进小巷，找间咖啡馆坐下，再沿雅拉河去看一场展览。维多利亚女王市场要挑对营业日；大洋路和菲利普岛，则值得另外留时间。
大洋路旅行指南：十二门徒石、海岸小镇与两三天路线
大洋路值得把时间花在途中。先沿托尔基、洛恩到阿波罗湾看海，再穿过奥特威前往十二门徒石。留两三天，吃饭、散步和等一段好光线，都能安排得从容些。
蓝山旅行指南：三姐妹峰、步道选择与悉尼出发安排
从悉尼去蓝山，可以只看三姐妹峰与山谷，也可以多留一晚走进林间。先选一天还是两天，再按体力挑步道，比把观景台、缆车和瀑布全部排进一天更实用。
菲利普岛旅行指南：企鹅归巢、海岸散步与一日游安排
菲利普岛的一天，最好围着日落来安排。白天去海边走走，在考斯吃饭，傍晚留给企鹅归巢。想走伍拉迈海角的步道，或不想深夜赶回墨尔本，可以在岛上住一晚。
莫宁顿半岛旅行指南：海滨小镇、温泉与酒庄怎么安排
莫宁顿半岛适合从墨尔本出发，换两天慢一点的节奏。海边散步、酒庄午餐和泡温泉，各留一段完整时间；想看更开阔的海岸，再去尚克角。一天也能来，但最好先选出最想做的一件事。
